Looking to track your order? When your Order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number.

Depending on the product/s ordered, the e-mail could take up to 3 business days to be sent. Once you receive the email, follow the steps to easily check your delivery status.

In the 'Shipment Confirmation Email', we provide the 'Shipment Tracking Number' along with a 'Tracking Link'. Follow the link and you will be taken directly to real time tracking website. 

 

Things to Keep in Mind:
Order Numbers don’t instantly update with available Delivery Status. If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently unavailable, kindly do not worry Your order has been shipped and the tracking number shall update in a few business days.

Depending on the destination, the order/s may take 10 to 14 business days to be delivered. In case of some extraordinary situations like pandemic, customs delays, airline problems, weather, etc., deliveries may take a little longer. In the event of any unexpected delays, please reach out to us and we will look into the reason/s behind the delay.
